What is the Team Leaders course?

The Team Leaders course is a live Q and A group video meeting hosted by Counties with guest speakers. It has six sessions with a free book, on which the course is based. The book comes with practical questions to help you adopt the posture for you to build and lead your team and make a lasting impact.

Is the course on-demand?

The course is live, which means you log in to the group video sessions. The sessions will not be recorded. If you miss one, you will still have access to the free book, short intro videos and the private forum.

How do I log in to the group video session?

When you register, we will send you a link. Keep that link and use it to access the live sessions.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

We would love it if you could, but use is for the person registered only. If you want to invite someone else in place of you, contact Counties support team directly via email and we'll set it up that way. Please allow 48hrs for response Mon-Fri.

Is the course designed for my entire team?

The course seeks to encourage leadership at all levels. Worship, Children and Families, Youth, Adult and Admin leaders will benefit from the principles highlighted. Many of the examples are about elders or full-time workers and focus on church issues. This is primarily because most speakers are elders or full-time workers sharing from their own experiences. However, even when we are speaking of elders and churches, the principles apply to any leader and any ministry. We also should not be taken to imply that leadership is male. We recognise many women lead local churches. We are convinced that unless there is quality leadership at every level of church life, the church will not reach its God-given potential.
