Personal Development and Leadership Training Programme
One 2 Lead equips young people as disciples of Jesus and leaders wherever they find themselves. At six weekends over two years, students will experience interactive teaching on theology and personal growth. Students can apply to receive further development, including a gap year training course. Group activities are a big part of the programme.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Any young person wanting to go deeper in their walk with Jesus Christ.
One 2 Lead equips 16-25 year olds to know Him better and make Him known to others.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
Each weekend there is practical and interactive teaching on theology and personal growth. In addition, there are sessions for encouragement and time to reflect on how faith relates to current topics in today's society. Students can apply to explore some topics in further depth, including a gap year training course.
Training sessions include:

Exploring God and the Bible: Old Testament Explored, New Testament Unpacked, God the Father, Jesus the Son, the Holy Spirit and the Church.

Personal Development: Understanding Myself, Understanding our world, Being a disciple, Relationships, Sharing Faith, Developing and maintaining a walk with God.

Group Activities may include Canoeing, Laser Tag, Archery Tag, High Ropes, Aquapark, coasteering, Bowling and more.
As well as the main group activity on Saturday afternoon, there is plenty of time to have tea, cake, chill out and play games with new friends.

ONE 2 LEAD TEAM GAP YEAR
One 2 Lead TEAM gap year is a training programme for those who desire a rich experience of evangelism with a passion to make Jesus known: inspiring and equipping the local church. Counties offers you an opportunity to explore and develop your gifts - to be involved in evangelism and supporting mission - encouraging you towards ministry in the local church. The One 2 Lead TEAM gap year is run in association with Firstserve.
WHO IS IT FOR?
One 2 Lead TEAM gap year is a training programme, primarily for 18-25 year olds seeking to take a year out of study or work to explore God’s leading, with an emphasis on practical engagement, mission training and discipleship.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

4 weeks training on biblical overview, evangelism and personal discipleship, at Tilsley College, Motherwell. On occasion, alternative arrangements may be made to tailor your needs

2 weeks overseas trip as part of a GLO team

Block placements with Counties’ evangelists
